Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称： Mafact工程师 所属部门： 世界级制造部 汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：Mafact经理                                 直接下级岗位：无                           二、任职资格 教育程度 ：本科及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业 须具备CET4 证书、本科学位证书 工作经验 ：机械加工行业两年以上工作经验 专业技能要求： 熟悉产品性能、工艺特性、加工节拍计算标准等；                          能熟悉应用Office办公软件； 有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验； 有较好的英语读、写、听、说能力。 能力要求： 工作认真仔细，有较强责任心,工作主动性强，具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神 其他特殊要求：无 * 如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 四、主要岗位职责 1 ．协调、推进、跟踪 Mafact 支柱 / 模块工作 1）按部门分工要求，承担一部分支柱/模块的协调、推进、跟踪工作 2 ．参与工厂主计划、工厂 Mafact 工作计划的拟订 1）回顾、评价工厂相关主计划、Mafact工作计划的完成情况，共同参与新的工作计划的拟订 3 ．主导所属职责范围的工厂管理工作 按部门分工要求，完成5S、班组管理板报、班组评比、工厂分层审核（LPA）、ANDON、CWS、生产节拍优化、VSM、Pull system、QCO等方面工作 4 ．生产力相关工作 1）标准工时、生产节拍等生产力基础数据的复核及支持分析； 2）收集和统计分析直产人员效率数据 5 ．工厂可视化标准的拟订 1）按集团、公司的要求，制订工厂可视化标准要求并颁布，监督工厂各部门的标准执行情况 6 ． 遵守与执行体系要求 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 7 ．领导交办的其他业务 及时完成各项临时工作内容 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
