Job Responsibilities: Candidates must meet the job qualifications to interview for this role JOB QUALIFICATION 2 years minimum of leadership experience Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Maintenance experience helpful but not required SKILLS/ABILITIES Individual must be a good communicator and a good listener Must have good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up and changeovers, safety, and quality issues Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills Must possess good interpersonal skills, present a positive attitude, and set a good example.
