Job Responsibilities: REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Técnico o Superior (deseable) Experiencia: Indispensable 1 año en puesto similar Conocimientos: Realizar y optimizar la   ejecución de los cambios de moldes de acuerdo con los planes y programas de producción Competencias Técnicas: • Proceso, máquinas y moldes de inyección de plástico y moldeo por compresión. • Manejo de equipo periférico para los procesos. • Solución de problemas de proceso en ambos procesos • Conocimiento proceso de secado de materiales en el proceso de Inyección • Conocimiento en cambios rápidos de herramientas. • Realizar cambios de molde ya sea en proceso de Inyección y/o compresión Principales tareas y responsabilidades: • Efectuar la implementación del proyecto, mantenimiento y pruebas de herramientas, aparatos y equipos que se requieren para la ejecución del cambio de moldes. • Asegurar arranque de equipos en tiempo y forma, cumpliendo los estándares • Aplicar sistemas SMED reduciendo tiempo de montajes de moldes, fixtures y cambios de modelo. • Participar en la generación de planes de acción para reducir tiempos muertos. • Apoyar al departamento de Mantenimiento en diversas actividades (mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, mejoras en Die Car y grúas. • Cumplir con los planes de capacitación asistiendo a cursos y desempeñándose correctamente. • Llenado correcto de los documentos o registros que aplican para sus actividades en tiempo. • Participar en los análisis de tiempos muertos para identificar la causa raíz de la misma y evitar la reincidencia. • Cumplir con las tereas generales que el jefe inmediato ordene.
