Job Responsibilities: Estamos com uma oportunidade de estágio para atuar no Almoxarifado da nossa unidade de Joinville , com foco em organização, controle de materiais e apoio às operações da fábrica. Horário do estágio: Das 08h30 às 15h30 Principais atividades: Controle de níveis de estoque de materiais indiretos e consumíveis via sistema ERP ; Acompanhamento (follow-up) das datas de entrega dos materiais; Atendimento à fábrica para entrega de materiais e EPI’s , com registro adequado; Conferência física de materiais recebidos e lançamento no sistema; Apoio em inventários, análise de divergências e controle de materiais das áreas de apoio; Abertura e acompanhamento de ordens de compra ; Atualização de indicadores MRO ; Identificação, rastreabilidade e organização dos materiais; Preenchimento correto de formulários conforme procedimentos internos; Cumprimento das normas de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Segurança ; Apoio em ações de melhoria contínua com foco em Segurança, Qualidade e Custo.
