Job Responsibilities: Zakres obowiązków: Ustawianie, uruchamianie i przezbrajanie wtryskarek zgodnie z dokumentacją technologiczną Bieżące monitorowanie procesu produkcyjnego oraz reagowanie na odchylenia jakościowe Usuwanie bieżących usterek maszyn i współpraca z działem utrzymania ruchu Przezbrajanie narzędzi wtryskowych zgodnie z planem produkcyjnym, przestrzeganie i wypełnianie dokumentacji produkcyjnej. Kontrola jakości wyrobów na etapie uruchomień i zmian produkcyjnych Dbałość o stan techniczny maszyn, form wtryskowych oraz porządek na stanowisku pracy Przestrzeganie zasad BHP, standardów jakościowych oraz procedur Wymagania: Doświadczenie na stanowisku ustawiacza wtryskarek lub podobnym w środowisku produkcyjnym Znajomość technologii wtrysku tworzyw sztucznych Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i dobra organizacja pracy Umiejętność pracy zespołowej Mile widziane: Doświadczenie w pracy z wtryskarkami Znajomość systemów jakości Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu automatyki lub robotów przemysłowych Uprawnienia SEP lub inne techniczne Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
