Job Responsibilities: Som Validation Engineer spelar du en nyckelroll i att verifiera och validera våra avancerade elektroniska system inom Active Safety.   I denna roll bidrar du till att säkerställa en robust system- och produktarkitektur på alla nivåer – system, hårdvara, mjukvara och test. Du analyserar krav, förbereder tester, följer upp testutförande och rapporterar testresultat till både interna och externa kunder. Du arbetar både självständigt och i nära samarbete med våra team inom system-, hårdvaru- och mjukvaruutveckling samt test för att planera, genomföra och dokumentera valideringstester enligt Magnas processer och kvalitetsstandarder.   Du blir också en viktig del i teamets kompetensutveckling och kunskapsdelning inom organisationen. Du identifierar och hanterar risker inom valideringsområdet och tar en proaktiv roll i att lösa tekniska utmaningar för att säkerställa en framgångsrik produktleverans. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Planera, dokumentera och utföra valideringstester i enlighet med interna och kundkrav Bidra till system- och produktarkitektur och design på alla nivåer (SYS, HW, SW, TEST) Identifiera och hantera risker inom valideringsprocessen Rapportera och eskalera tekniska frågor till relevanta forum eller ledning Stödja kompetensutveckling och främja kunskapsdelning inom teamet Ta initiativ till att hitta och dela information, bidra med dina erfarenheter och delta i reflektion och aktiviteter som tar arbetet och utvecklingen framåt Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har ett proaktivt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt och som trivs med att ta ansvar och driva arbetet framåt. Du är strukturerad, noggrann och kommunicerar tydligt. Du har lätt för att bygga starka relationer över team och teknikområden och uppskattar att arbeta i en dynamisk och global miljö där förändring är en naturlig del av vardagen.
