Job Responsibilities: Som Senior System Engineer blir du en nyckelperson i utvecklingen av våra fordonsnära system. Du arbetar i en högteknologisk miljö och samarbetar tätt med kollegor inom mjukvara, hårdvara, test, system och arkitektur för att driva utvecklingen av kameror, radarsystem och andra sensorer för nästa generations moderna fordon I rollen bidrar du genom hela utvecklingskedjan – från analys och kravdefinition till systemdesign, implementering, test och verifiering – och säkerställer att lösningarna uppfyller både tekniska och säkerhetsrelaterade krav. Du kommer bland annat att: Ta tekniskt ägarskap för större systemområden. Arbeta med kravnedbrytning, systemarkitektur, integration och avancerad analys. Leda tekniska diskussioner och stötta kollegor i komplexa frågeställningar. Bidra i strategiska beslut och utvecklingen av våra arbetsmetoder. Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med team inom mjukvara, hårdvara, test och funktionell säkerhet. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är proaktiv, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en roll där du driver arbete framåt. Du är strukturerad, noggrann och bygger lätt goda relationer. Samarbete och kunskapsdelning kommer naturligt för dig, och du bidrar till en positiv och stödjande arbetsklimat. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom exempelvis elektronik, datateknik, mekatronik eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Erfarenhet av kravhantering i komplexa tekniska projekt. God förståelse för systemdesign och systemarkitektur för inbyggda system. Kännedom om etablerade standarder inom Systems Engineering. Förmåga att arbeta med helhetsperspektiv och tillämpa systemtänkande i tekniska beslut. Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt, gärna från scrum‑team.
