Notre site web :  https://www.stanleyblackanddecker.com 🟨 RESPONSABILITÉ En tant que Marketing Manager Senior , rattaché/e à la Cheffe de marque DeWALT, vous pilotez l’ensemble de la stratégie Distribution de la marque et Trade Marketing, en coordonnant une équipe de trois personnes dédiées à des portefeuilles clients stratégiques. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Brand, commerciales, Supply et la European team pour assurer la synergie des actions. Construction et pilotage de la stratégie globale de distribution Élaborer la stratégie de distribution de la marque en tenant compte des différentes typologies de clients (grands comptes, enseignes spécialisées, distributeurs indépendants, etc.). Adapter les plans d’activation, de promotion et de pricing aux besoins spécifiques de chaque segment pour maximiser la pénétration et la performance commerciale sur chaque canal. Définition et pilotage de la stratégie Trade Marketing Développer et coordonner la stratégie de promotion et d’activation de la marque, en alignement avec la stratégie globale et les enjeux business. Supervision des plans d’activation clients Valider et optimiser les plans d’activation conçus par les Trade Marketers, s’assurer de leur pertinence et performance.   Reporting et optimisation Suivre la performance des actions menées. Proposer des axes d’amélioration, et assurer un reporting précis auprès de la direction et des parties prenantes. 🟨 PROFIL RECHERCHE : Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en commerce, marketing ou équivalent. Expérience dans le secteur de la distribution ou du marketing opérationnel souhaitée. Capacité à prendre du recul, à challenger les plans et à impulser une dynamique d’innovation. Appétence pour les environnements techniques et la gestion de projets complexes. Forte orientation résultats et impact business.
