Job Responsibilities: 一、岗位基本信息 岗位名称： 维修工程师 所属部门： 设备设施及维护部 汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：维护组长&维修组组长               直接下级岗位：无     二、任职资格 教育程度 ：大学专科及以上学历，机械设备电气维修等专业 工作经验 ：机械制造或加工行业电气维护相关工作3年及以上经验 专业 技能 要求 ： 熟悉并熟练运用设备电气相关方面专业知识，了解本企业工艺流程等 能力要求 ： 能够处理发生的设备电气故障，能够阅读简单的英文电气说明书，熟悉计算机操作，具备较好沟通与协调能力，较强的团队协作能力，较好的分析与解决问题能力。 其他特殊要求 ： 无 * 如有相关工作经验 5 年 或者 表现 优 异者 ，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 四、主要岗位职责 ． MAFACT 推进 负责审核工厂MAFACT推进计划（包括能源、TPM及OEE三个条款）及监督执行 ．生产设备维修 / 维护 参与编制设备维护保养指导书 对设备进行现场及时维修 对设备提出改造方案与计划 指导并执行设备机电气修保养与维修计划 参与事故的调查及事故的整改执行 3 ．动力系统维护 参与制定动力系统的维护管理办法. 参与动力系统的维护工作. 4 ．基础设施维护 参与制定基础设施的维护管理办法. 参与基础设施的日常检查. 5 ．技改项目管理 负责工厂技改项目的进度跟踪 6 ． EHS 管理 参与安全与环境管理制度的制定. 参与安全CCAR的整改. 7 ．技术标准的建立 编制设备操作指导书、检查标准、维护保养、ECPL主标牌等可视化文件、设备维修计划并指导执行； 负责对设备MTTR&MTBF数据进行故障分析,并制定措施CCAR跟踪； 8 ．遵守与执行体系要求 1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。 2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故。 3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改 4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议 9 ．领导交办的其他业务 完成领导交办的其它任务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
