Job Responsibilities: 1． 遵守工厂管理制度 1）遵守公司的各项管理制度，服从领班的工作安排； 2）配合并执行班组的检查行动和检查结果； 3）参与班组建设，整理检查结果及考核通 4）掌握安全、环保技术规程。 2. 具备适应生产的操作技术 1）看懂零件图，正确执行工艺规程； 2）熟练使用常用的工、夹、量具，并能进行维护和保养； 3）掌握自用设备的性能，了解设备结构和调整方法； 4）有自主学习能力，向多能员工发展； 5）有责任对新员工进行传帮带。 3. 执行生产计划 1)严格执行生产计划，按要求完成班产量； 2)对生产过程中出现的问题参与制定和实施改进措施； 3)协助检查措施的实施效果。 4 ． 维护本岗位工艺装备 1)完成对所操作设备的日常保养与维护工作； 2)检查核对上一个班次的设备点检及交接班情况； 3)检查量检具的有效性、符合性并做好日常维护保养。 5. 生产过程的质量控制 1)执行车间质量管理规定； 2)执行控制计划与工艺文件； 3)参与或解决零件加工过程中的质量问题； 4)参与制定本岗位改进措施并自查（或配合职能部门检查）措施执行情况。 6. 执行车间现场管理 1)执行车间“5S”管理制度    2)参与安全隐患的排查工作   3)参与班组现场整改措施实施 7.Mafact 执行 1)标准化作业的持续改善 2)使用TWI-JI方法培训徒弟，确保作业标准化； 3)依照Mafact其他要求等执行生产； 8. 参与岗位创新 1) 参与合理化建议，为提高产品质量和生产效率对工装、夹具等进行改进创新 9 ． 遵守与执行体系要求 1） 认真学习和执行安全生产的方针、政策和各项规章制度，自觉遵守本岗位的安全操作规程，对产生的废弃物要作到分类投放，杜绝违章操作。 2） 对他人违章作业有责任劝阻，对违章指挥有权拒绝执行，并及时报告。 3） 正确穿戴、爱护和合理使用劳保防护用品，听从安检人员的正确指导。 4） 班前班后认真进行安全检查。正确使用和维护保养好机器设备、安全附件、工具等。不乱开乱动非本人操作设备和电器装置。 5） 积极参加各种安全、环保教育及各项安全、环保活动，提出合理化建议，消除潜在的危险因素。 6）两人以上同时操作时，必须听从领导指定的专人统一指挥。 7）遵守行人安全规则。 10 ．领导交办的其他业务 1) 服从领导交办的其他事务 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
