Job Responsibilities: 1、 遵守公司管理制度 1）遵守公司的各项管理制度，服从领班的工作安排； 2）配合并执行班组的检查行动并对问题进行改善； 3）投身班组建设，积极参与班组提升活动； 4）掌握安全、环保技术规程。 　                                                                                                                                     2、 技能要求 1）独立识图； 独立制订本岗位一般通用切削参数、刀具选型等； 2）独立使用本岗位涉及的工、夹、量具，并能进行日常维护和保养； 掌握自用设备的性能，掌握调整方法并了解设备结构； 3） 有自主学习能力，向多能员工发展； 4）有责任对新员工进行传帮带。 3、执行生产计划 1）严格执行班组生产计划安排； 2）参与对生产过程中的问题进行改善的活动； ）配合班组检查，参与改善行动。 4 ． 维护本岗位工艺装备 1）完成设备点检并按规定进行交接班； 2）完成对所操作设备的日常保养与维护工作； 3）检查量检具的有效性、符合性并做好日常维护保养。 5、生产过程的质量控制 1）执行公司质量管理流程； 2）执行工装制作工艺要求； 3）参与或解决零件加工过程中的质量问题； 4）参与制定本岗位改进措施并自查（或配合职能部门检查）措施执行情况。 6 ． 执行车间现场管理 1）执行“5S”制度； 2）执行安全要求并参与安全隐患排查工作； 3）参与制定班组现场整改措施。 7 ．   Mafact 1）掌握Mafact理念、知识； 2）执行Mafact要求，如现场“5S”、TPM等； 3）参与合理化建议，为提高产品质量和生产效率对工装、夹具等进行改进创新。 8. 遵守与执行体系要求 1）认真学习并严格遵守工厂各项规章制度，熟悉本岗位安全操作规程及各项安全生产要求，实现“四不伤害”即不伤害自己、不伤害他人，不被他人伤害，保护他人不受伤害； 2）按照标准化作业文件工作，对自身岗位及区域内的安全生产负责； 3）服从命令，听从指挥，严格执行安全操作规程，正确使用设备工装夹具； 4）上岗按规定穿戴劳动防护用品，妥善保管和正确使用各种防护器具和器材； 5）工作前认真检查本岗位的安全状态，尤其是维修改造或新投入的设备已经得到评估确认交接，工作中若发现不安全情况应正确采取措施消除安全隐患，工作结束后做好岗位交接，保留交接记录； 6）按时参加培训，认真听讲，积极参加各种环境、职业健康和安全生产活动，理解并践行工厂安全口号； 7）有权拒绝违章作业的指令，对他人违章作业行为予以劝阻制止和报告； 8）发生事故后能够紧急处置，并立即报告，保护好现场，并如实向事故调查人员提供信息。 9 ．其他 1）公司鼓励员工一岗多能，工作过程中需要从事特殊工种的（包含但不局限于电焊工），按国家法规要求执行： 1.1签署《职业危害告知》； 1.2上岗前需取得国家颁发的上岗证； 1.3接受特殊工种体检（岗前/岗中/岗后）。 2）服从领导交办的其他事务。 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
