Job Responsibilities: Propósito del puesto: Asegurar que los materiales y componentes comprados cumplan con los requisitos de calidad y normativos, fortaleciendo la cadena de suministro y garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares IATF , así como los requisitos de nuestros clientes. Principales responsabilidades Calidad y Proveedores Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de calidad de proveedores. Revisar y dar seguimiento a PPAP , alertas de calidad, QPF y resultados de muestreo. Administrar el proceso de Inspección de Recibo y la disposición de material no conforme. Validar y liberar Try Outs con proveedores. Dar soporte a producción ante temas de calidad relacionados con materia prima. Participar en auditorías de 2ª parte, self-assessments y seguimiento a planes de acción. Aplicar herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5W, mejora continua). Cumplimiento y Sistemas Cumplir con los lineamientos de IATF , BIQ , CTPAT e ISO 14001 . Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y los estándares ambientales. Contribuir a la correcta segregación y control de producto sospechoso. Formación y experiencia Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. (Titulado indispensable) 3 a 6 años de experiencia en calidad, preferentemente en industria automotriz o manufactura. Inglés avanzado conversacional Sexo indistinto Conocimientos técnicos Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Plan de Control). Interpretación de GD&T y especificaciones. Sistemas de calidad, auditorías y documentación. Herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5W). Experiencia con proveedores y cadena de suministro. Competencias clave Pensamiento analítico y enfoque a resultados. Capacidad para tomar decisiones y actuar con criterio de calidad. Adaptabilidad y mentalidad de mejora continua.
