Job Responsibilities: This position supports the global HR team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.     Key Responsibilities:   Review applications and shortlist candidates whose experience aligns with role requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings with selected candidates. Follow up with the hiring team for feedback on presented candidates. Maintain HR related systems accurately Administer employee records in CROSO Assist with visa documentation and processing for expatriates. Draft and distribute employment confirmation letters. Maintain documentation related to sick leave, paid leave, and other absences. Provide support to employees with HR-related questions. Oversee office supply procurement. Process purchase requisitions and ensure compliance. O rganize employee events and initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.     Qualifications:   University degree in Social Sciences (Economics, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields).
