What You’ll Do: Plan, direct, supervise, and monitor all payroll activities for the Nordic region in collaboration with external payroll providers. Manage and oversee monthly payroll and post-payroll processes, including coordination with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, as well as preparing payments and reports for stakeholders. Support the internal payroll team with complex activities and facilitate their professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries, scheduling regular meetings, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Lead projects and initiatives to implement key changes, enhance processes, and deliver innovative payroll services that achieve customer excellence. Oversee non-cyclical payroll tasks such as vendor management, year-end declarations, process improvements, and support for global and regional payroll initiatives, including team management and integration projects.
