Job Responsibilities: Position Overview This internship will provide practical experience to a law school student who is interested in corporate or international business law. The Legal Intern will support the Magna Electronics Legal Team on a day-to-day basis as well as collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform legal research on various topics Support contract management Coordinate and complete various projects as needed Qualifications: Some related experience preferred Education / Experience Enrolled in law school, or Currently Attending a College or University in the fourth year Special Knowledge / Skills: Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) Physical Demands / Work Environment: Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
