This role requires a hands-on facilities management professional to oversee building operations, contractor management, and compliance across all building systems while serving as the primary operational contact for tenants, contractors, and emergency situations. Overview of the role: Oversee contractor pre-qualification, inductions, and site access requirements Complete property inspections and manage Building Automation Systems (BAS) Manage cleaning services, car parks, waste management, and recycling programs Coordinate security personnel and act as first contact for security operations R eview and close tenant work requests with management follow-up   Monitor Essential Safety Measures compliance and contractor performance Maintain contract registers, SharePoint administration, and contractor databases Provide after-hours emergency response and callout assistance Support risk/compliance programs, audits, and incident reporting Identify and recommend improvements to building operations and safety What we are looking for: We're seeking a technically skilled facilities management professional with strong knowledge of building systems, contractor management experience, and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced operational environment.
