We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   OVERALL ROLE Supports the Space Data Management account team by maintaining and administering the FM:S database, ensuring utilization of tool conforms to Occupancy Planning standards, maintaining common data elements, completing bulk data updates and maintaining polylines for each floor of each building using AutoCAD.   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Roles and Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities Ensures Occupancy Planning drawing and data standards are followed and documents any account specific deviations from the standards Supports the account processes and procedures for both space data and CAD drawings Updates organization hierarchy as needed or on a periodic basis from external data sources when a direct integration with these data sources has not been implemented Coordinates with CAD services vendors on drawing related support tasks Provides properly formatted data for internal data mining and benchmarking initiatives Performs daily, weekly, and monthly data validations, reporting results to Regional Team Lead Leadership Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of FM:S to the Regional Space Data Manager    Client/Stakeholder Management Department Managers and/or Administrative Assistants (Space Liaisons) to collect seating assignments Move Coordinator (Move Project Manager) to monitor the progress of a move project Occupancy Planners to review and resolve campus / building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback Facilitates and/or resolves issues related to FM:S application Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability Report space data metrics for all key locations within the region Regularly reports back to account Regional Space Data Manager regarding FM:S related issues and concerns         CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Ideal Experience Minimum Associate’s Degree, preferred Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, design or a related field Up to three years’ experience of CAFM related work Proficient with AutoCAD and CAFM software (specifically FM:Systems) Ability to solve problems individually and in a team setting Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent written and verbal skills   Critical Competencies for Success Diagnostic skills to solve data and reporting issues Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate those ideas to others within the team Works collaboratively with cross-functional groups Clearly articulate problems and solutions to management Attention to details Other Personal Characteristics Strong desire to find improvement opportunities within work stream Brings solutions  to management when presenting concerns Ability to discern appropriate levels of issues for proper escalation KEY STAKEHOLDERS Regional team, Local FMs, Business Unit Space Liaisons, Project Management, Occupancy Planning   INDIRECT SUPPORT Regional Occupancy Planning Operations, Lease Administration, Finance   REPORTING TO Space Data Team Manager / Regional Space Data Manager [Matrix Manager]   Location: Remote –Taguig, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
