Als Teamleider Technical Services ben je de spil tussen strategie en uitvoering, en zorg je dat klantbeloftes worden waargemaakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Technical Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse multidisciplinaire onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden aan de assets in beheer van onze klant. Je zorgt dat alles volgens procedures, specificaties en contractuele afspraken verloopt, zonder het budget uit het oog te verliezen. Je kerntaken: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het operationele teamplan in lijn met het afdelingsjaarplan Leiding geven aan technicians, handymen, werkvoorbereiders en planners door hen te coachen, ontwikkelen en beoordelen Bewaken van de teambezetting en zorgen voor adequate opleidings- en resourceplanning Inzicht verschaffen in het onderhoudsproces via rapportages over technische KPI's/PSI's Maandelijks budgetbewaking en rapportage bespreken met de Technical Services Manager Optimaliseren van procesafspraken, procedures en registraties voor technische dienstverlening Fungeren als Single Point of Contact voor operationele afstemming met andere disciplines binnen de IFM-dienstverlening en klantorganisatie Organiseren en leiden van periodieke overleggen en toolbox meetings (10x per jaar) Uitvoeren/bijwonen van werkplekinspecties (12x per jaar) volgens VCA-richtlijn Signaleren van contractmutaties en bijdragen aan verbeterprocessen Input genereren voor de (contract)risicoregisters per locatie Toezien op naleving van processen en procedures en bewaken van leveringskwaliteit Herken jij jezelf hierin? Om deze veelzijdige rol succesvol in te vullen, beschik je over: Leidinggevende ervaring in een technische omgeving Kennis van multidisciplinair onderhoud en technisch assetbeheer Ervaring met budgetbewaking en rapportages Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor zowel interne als externe afstemming Procesmatig denkvermogen en oog voor verbetermogelijkheden VCA-kennis en affiniteit met veiligheidsprotocollen Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding Ervaring met het coachen en ontwikkelen van technisch personeel Wat bieden wij?
