Join our team supporting a renowned global tech client at their vibrant workplace based on Queen St in Melbourne CBD.   Responsibilities:   Process and prioritise event requests, ensuring perfect alignment with available resources and team capacity Manage comprehensive event calendars and optimise space utilisation across multiple markets Build strong relationships with requestors through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery Monitor event schedules market-wide and swiftly resolve conflicts to maintain operational excellence Create insightful reports and analyses that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement Identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate the overall event experience for all stakeholders We’re looking for someone who:  We need a detail-oriented professional with a passion for exceptional service and the organisational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines administrative expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for creating outstanding experiences.
