De functie Als Operations Coordinator bij Value & Risk Advisory ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze taxateurs optimaal hun werk kunnen doen. Je ondersteunt bij het taxeren van diverse vastgoedtypen - van kantoorgebouwen en bedrijfsruimtes tot winkels en woningcomplexen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je hebt een centrale coördinerende rol waarbij je alle opdrachten administratief ondersteunt van binnenkomst tot succesvolle afronding. Het beheren en bewaken van de processen, behoort tot je dagelijkse werkzaamheden, evenals het coördineren van verschillende nota’s en dataverzameling en analyse. Je ondersteunt de taxateurs actief bij alle administratieve en organisatorische vraagstukken en het plannen en afstemmen van afspraken. Kwaliteitswaarborging maakt ook onderdeel uit van je rol. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de taxateurs in Nederland, maakt onderdeel uit van een Europees team van Operations Coordinators en bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van twee analisten die jou ondersteunen bij het soepel laten verlopen van de processen. Wat wij zoeken Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt nauwkeurig werken. Je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en kunt meerdere vraagstukken tegelijk behandelen. Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en voelt je thuis in een analytische omgeving Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en comfortabel in met Engels in woord en geschrift. Je bent proactief en denkt in oplossingen. Je hebt ervaring met MS Office pakket, met name Excel.
