Contexte de la mission Localisation :   Niort (79) Durée de mission :   7 mois (février à septembre 2026) Modalité :   Supervision 5j/5 sur site Missions principales Préparation et pilotage Acquérir une connaissance exhaustive du cahier des charges du projet Préparer et sécuriser le site selon les standards Tétris et les exigences client Déterminer les méthodes de travail adaptées à l'environnement tertiaire et aux contraintes du siège social Management opérationnel Garantir la mise en place des outils de suivi projet (comptes rendus, bordereaux, tableaux de suivi plans) Coordonner l'ensemble des lots techniques et architecturaux sur les 3,5 M€ de travaux Établir et suivre les plannings de travaux en respectant l'échéance septembre Animer quotidiennement les relations avec les prestataires et sous-traitants Interface client et qualité Conduire les réunions de chantier avec les équipes client et réaliser les comptes rendus Négocier avec les fournisseurs en coordination étroite avec le Chef de Projet Surveiller l'exécution des travaux selon les standards qualité Tétris Garantir le suivi coût/qualité/délais/sécurité-environnement Reporting et réception Rendre compte hebdomadairement de l'avancement au Chef de Projet et Directeur Technique Assurer la réception des travaux architecturaux et techniques Mener à terme la levée des réserves et garantir la conformité des ouvrages Profil recherché Formation Bâtiment (Bac Pro, BTS, Ingénieur) avec spécialisation aménagement tertiaire Expérience confirmée en conduite de travaux sur projets d'aménagement bureaux Maîtrise des lots architecturaux et techniques (électricité, CVC, cloisons, faux-plafonds) Expérience sur projets de 2 à 5 M€ appréciée Compétences techniques Maîtrise MS Project pour planning et suivi chantier Compréhension des techniques du bâtiment et normes construction Connaissance de la réglementation sécurité-environnement Compétences managériales Leadership et management d'équipes multimétiers Capacité de négociation avec fournisseurs et sous-traitants Excellent relationnel client et sens du service Autonomie et réactivité en situation de projet L'esprit JLL Rejoignez une entreprise où vos talents sont valorisés dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.
