Lunes a viernes de de 14:00 a 23:00 hs. Será importante la disponiblidad para trabajar en otros turnos en caso de ser necesario. ¿ Cuál es tu día a día ? Esta posición es responsable de mantener, reparar, proteger y embellecer distintas áreas de la facilidad en interiores y exteriores. A su vez, ejecutará trabajos en pintura, trabajos menores de carpintería, plomería, pisos, techos, puertas, y ventanas.  Realiza tareas de mantenimiento, limpieza y reparación de la facilidad bajo la dirección del supervisor y/o líder de grupo. Implementa técnicas de reparación y pintura de paredes en interiores y exteriores. Movimiento de muebles, equipos, y estantes del área de trabajo. Instalación de accesorios, esquineros, cuadros, cortinas, pizarras, letreros, alfombras. Lavado a presión de superficies exteriores, aceras, y áreas adyacentes de los edificios. Utilización de herramientas manuales y equipos portátiles. Manejo de equipos elevados como "aerial lift", "scissor lift" según sea necesario para tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento. Instalaciones y reparaciones de pisos de interior. Realiza tareas simples de plomería. Asiste en tareas del personal técnico mecánico según sea necesario (como funcionamiento de puertas, cortinas de aire, aires acondicionados). Levanta peso de hasta 50 libras, usa escaleras portátiles, sube escaleras fijas para acceder a otro nivel del edificio, accede a los techos y áreas mecánicas y de utilidades de la facilidad. Documenta en computadora las órdenes de trabajos en los sistemas de información requeridos (CMMS) - Máximo o su equivalente. Otras funciones y tareas asignadas según sea requerido por el supervisor y/o líder de grupo. Se recibirán entrenamientos contantes para desarrollar el trabajo de forma segura. Se requiere: 1 a 2 años de experiencia en tareas relacionadas a mantenimiento general. Capacidad de documentar órdenes de trabajo en computadora. Capacidad de trabajar en horarios extendidos según sea necesario. Capacidad para trabajar en altura ("aerial lift"), acceder a techos usando escaleras fijas, trabajar en aéreas de posible ruido y cambios en temperatura. Licencia de conducir al día. Buena comunicación, atención al detalle, adaptable a los cambios. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
