The successful candidate will take total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of multiple projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure. What your day-to-day will look like: Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the corporate real estate or fit out industry. Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects. Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in project management (PMP) Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Experience with Corporate Interior projects and multinational clients Location: On-site –Mumbai, MH Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
