We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist the team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings • Market research may require travel within the region subject to visa issues in order to conduct field research • Support the team in preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals • Contribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as needed • Report to the head of valuations as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis Skills and Competencies: • Strong financial and analytical background with attention to detail • Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks • Ability to coordinate tasks in accordance with priorities • Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working • Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding Professional Competencies: • Good report writing skills in MS Word • Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations • Excellent understanding of MS Excel and modelling • Strong communication skills Other Competencies: • Willingness to take on new challenges • Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably also in Arabic (selection criteria will first and foremost depend on calibre and profile rather than language skills) • Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Real Estate / Finance • Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry #LI-LR3   Location: On-site –Dubai, ARE If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
