The successful candidate’s Key Responsibilities will be as follows: Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and proposals Have a good understanding of the market Constantly monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities Transaction management Negotiate leases and process for clients with landlords Ensure smooth execution of deals from inception to completion Mentor and develop junior team members Collaborate effectively within the team and cross-functional teams Meet individual revenue targets Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in Industrial and Logistics real estate or related industries Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English and Vietnamese Proven track record in business development and transactions Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with real estate software and databases Location: On-site –Hanoi, Vietnam If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
