Quick thinking, ability to give clear, concise directions, refer/recommend activities and services as well as information on the area and all of its many facets Key Holding Receiving parcels and deliveries Ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times in all Common Areas and Facilities Report any incidents of accident such fire, theft, loss, damage, flood to all concerned within timely manner Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Coordinate with juristic person in room defects from unit owners Daily report all complaints and comments to GM and Juristic Person Location: On-site –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
