Dann suchen wir genau Sie als  Rezeptionist (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind die Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens Sie heißen unsere Kunden und Kollegen „Herzlich willkommen“ und garantieren einen angenehmen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt Organisation der Konferenzräume: Überwachung der Raumbuchungen; Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Konferenzräumen, Unterstützung bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen Dienstleister und Lieferantenprozesse kontrollieren und ggf. anpassen Betreuung der Telefonzentrale in deutscher und englischer Sprache Büroorganisation (Inventur, Bestellung- und Bestandsprüfung von z.B.
