Your main goal will be to ensure the successful execution of project according to set objectives , budget, schedule, and high-quality standards. You will support your manager on day to day task s and impact less experienced colleagues to ensure the best building experience for our clients.     Opis stanowiska :   Realizacja projekt u zgodnie ze standardami firmy, w tym nadzór realizacji prac budowlanych zgodnie z przepisami prawa budowlanego,   Nadzór realizacji projektów oraz , wspólnie z managerem, odbiór prac budowlano-instalacyjnych realizowanych przez podwykonawców,   Koordynowanie dostaw i sprawdzanie zgodności z zamówieniem ,   Koordynowanie działań poszczególnych ekip ,   Współpraca z działem projektowym ,   Prowadzenie dokumentacji inwestycji ,   Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów oraz podejmowanie decyzji związanych z realizacją projektów .   Nadzór i dbanie nad przestrzeganiem zasad BHP i OŚ   Prowadzenie projektów fit -out z zachowaniem zakładanego budżetu, ram czasowych i jakości prac     Wymagania:   Wykształcenie kierunkowe   Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów budowlanych lub remontowych   Odpowiedzialność i skrupulatność w wykonywaniu zadań   Umiejętność analizy problemów technicznych   Mile widziane uprawnienia do kierowania robotami budowlanymi   Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min.
