We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Acerca del puesto: El perito electricista realiza las actividades eléctricas correctivas, preventivas e inspecciones de los equipos de utilidades y sistemas eléctricos de la facilidad: generadores, sub-estaciones eléctricas, sistemas de distribución de power (high voltaje, low voltaje), chillers, torres de enfriamiento, calderas, compresores de aire, sistemas de agua, sistemas de vacio, sistemas de HVAC, etc. Asiste al equipo de instalaciones en los esfuerzos de mantenimiento y reparación, así como en la realización independiente de tareas definidas.   Responsabilidades: • Conocimiento integral de las prácticas de Trabajo Seguro, especialmente en lo que respecta al trabajo energizado, trabajo en alturas y espacios confinados. • Capacidad para reconocer, evaluar y mitigar o eliminar el riesgo. • Capacidad para comprender y utilizar el equipo de protección personal adecuado para las tareas asociadas. • Realizar y ayudar en la identificación e implementación de estrategias para garantizar equipos y dispositivos eléctricos seguros, confiables y eficientes. • Brindar asistencia técnica, capacitación y soporte en mantenimiento eléctrico avanzado, reparación, instalación, solución de problemas y orientación práctica para la reparación en apoyo a los equipos del sitio. • Realizar otros trabajos que incluyan trabajos prácticos de reparación y mantenimiento en mecánica, electricidad, plomería, sistemas de automatización de edificios, sistemas de acceso con tarjeta, sistemas de puertas y portones, sistemas de envolvente de edificios, terrenos y estacionamientos, sistemas de acabado interior, sistemas de iluminación y varias otras tareas asociadas con la operación de una propiedad comercial. • Realizar inspecciones y rondas preventivas de los sistemas y equipos, y asegurarse de que se cumplan las órdenes de trabajo de acuerdo con el procedimiento aplicable. • Instruir a los ayudantes electricistas sobre la parte eléctrica de las utilidades como: aire acondicionado, chillers, torres de enfriamiento, bombas de agua, calderas, compresores de aire industrial y bombas de vacío, sistema eléctrico de alto voltaje, grupo electrógeno. • Poseer habilidades y conocimientos prácticos para completar las reparaciones eléctricas y el mantenimiento necesarios de la facilidad (incluidos, entre otros: HVAC, iluminación, energía de emergencia, interruptores de transferencia, generadores de fuentes de energía ininterrumpida (UPS), transporte vertical, seguridad de la vida, y sistemas de automatización de edificios) utilizando herramientas estándar de la industria y de acuerdo con todos los códigos y leyes.   Requisitos: • Contar con Licencia de Perito Electricista. • 2+ años de experiencia como Perito Electricista, realizando maniobras con disyuntores de media/alta tensión. • Licencia de conducir. • Conocimiento en Programa Mantenimiento Predictivo (deseable) Beneficios: • Excelentes beneficios de salud • Días de vacaciones por encima de la ley, acumulados en años de servicios. • Otros beneficios.
