This is a unique opportunity to build a multi-year program that will standardize how we identify, verify, and manage critical controls for high-risk activities across the region. What You'll Do Program Leadership:  Design and implement the Critical Controls Management framework across APAC, aligning global standards with regional operational realities Strategic Implementation:  Lead a multi-phase rollout including pilot programs, regional deployment, and long-term sustainment Stakeholder Collaboration:  Partner with country HSSE leads, operational teams, and account managers to integrate CCM into existing systems Performance Management:  Establish critical control effectiveness measurement processes and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility Cross-functional Alignment:  Coordinate with global HSSE teams and other business lines to ensure consistency and leverage shared learnings Capacity Building:  Support country teams in identifying critical risks and controls, providing guidance materials and training programs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 8 years HSE experience with program leadership in high-risk industries Proven track record designing and implementing critical control frameworks across multiple countries Deep expertise in high-risk activity management and control verification Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management across complex organizations Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies Why Join Us Join JLL's mission to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
