Responsabilidades: Mantenimiento y reparación de unidades de tratamiento de aire, extractores de aire, campanas extractoras, unidades fan coil, serpentines de recalentamiento y otros equipos mecánicos asociados. Solicita las piezas y el equipo necesario para la reparación, mantenimiento o la instalación de equipos nuevos/reparados. Conocimiento integral de las prácticas de Trabajo Seguro, especialmente en lo que respecta al trabajo energizado, trabajo en alturas y espacios confinados. Capacidad para reconocer, evaluar y mitigar o eliminar el riesgo. Capacidad para comprender y utilizar el equipo de protección personal adecuado para las tareas asociadas. Las tareas adicionales incluirán la resolución de problemas en las llamadas de servicio al cliente para el confort de la temperatura dentro de nuestros edificios. Es posible que sea necesario mantener la precisión de la documentación del sistema y el soporte de nuevos proyectos de instalación. Ayudar al equipo de operaciones en el mantenimiento y la reparación del edificio y del equipo según las indicaciones del Supervisor. Documentar los trabajos realizados (órdenes de trabajo) en el sistema CMMS siguiendo las prácticas de documentación GMP. Solicita a los proveedores propuestas o cotizaciones según sea necesario para los servicios requeridos. Informa al Supervisor y ayuda en la búsqueda de una solución a las situaciones que se presenten. Cumplir con todos los procedimientos, políticas y reglamentos de seguridad escritos de JLL y del cliente. Reconocer los riesgos de seguridad y proponer métodos para eliminarlos. Mantener el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, códigos federales y leyes estatales. Completar todos los entrenamientos de seguridad requeridos según lo asignado y a tiempo. Cumplir con todas las políticas para el almacenamiento seguro, el uso y la eliminación de materiales peligrosos. Cualquier otro deber o tarea que se le asigne. Disponibilidad para rotar en múltiples turnos. Requisitos: Estudios en Refrigeración. Licencia de Tecnico de Refrigeracion. 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Ayudante de Técnico de Refrigeración Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, mañana, tarde y noche (incluyendo sábados y domingos). Disponibilidad para atender emergencias. Licencia de conducir. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
