We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Conocimientos requeridos:   · Elaboración de presupuesto · Gestiona materiales y herramientas para los mantenimientos · Excelente manejo de personal local y remoto · Control de gastos e incidencias · Conocimientos en mantenimiento general (preventivos y correctivos) y manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento. · Atención a auditorias · Supervisión técnica de trabajos de sistemas HVAC y electromecánicos · Estimar tiempos de respuesta · Elaboración de reportes · Verificar que se cumpla las normas de seguridad e higiene .Manejo de análisis de riesgo y permisos de trabajo. .Experiencia en planta productiva .manejo de equipos preventivos(multimetro, resistencia de aislamiento, analisador de energia)etc.   · Trabajo de campo en un 70%, administrativo 30% · Conocimiento y experiencia en procedimientos de mantenimiento a: * Equipos de Aire Acondicionado (Minisplits, Fan Coil, UMA, ULA, Chiller, divididos, VAV, etc) *Equipos UPS *Plantas de Emergencia *Equipos de AA de precisión *Conservación de inmuebles *sistemas electricos de alto, mediano y bajo voltaje   · Conocimiento y experiencia en termografías.
