Key Responsibilities Deliver green building certification services for projects under systems such as LEED, WELL, EDGE, Green Mark, EarthCheck, Fitwel, or equivalent , including: Preparing and managing certification documentation, calculations, narratives, forms, and supporting evidenceReviewing design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance with certification requirementsCoordinating with project stakeholders (Client, Architect, MEP, Contractor, testing agencies) to obtain required inputs and clarify technical requirementsSupporting certification registration, submission, review responses, and certification close-out Perform technical sustainability studies and reviews , including: Energy simulation and analysis , including baseline and proposed case modelling HVAC system review for energy efficiency, compliance, and alignment with sustainability strategies Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and embodied carbon analysis, where required Prepare and deliver technical reports, summaries, and client-facing materials in accordance with project scope, timeline, and JLL quality standards Support sustainability consulting services for projects in Vietnam and other Southeast Asia countries , including cross-country technical support and collaboration Comply with JLL policies, professional standards, and internal quality assurance procedures Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, Sustainability, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting, green building certification, or design consultancy Demonstrated experience in green building certification project delivery Green building professional credentials (e.g. LEED AP, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, Green Mark AP, or equivalent) are a strong advantage Experience or working knowledge of energy simulation tools, HVAC systems, and LCA methodologies Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) Location: On-site –Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
