You will oversee daily operations, ensures compliance with standards, and drive engagement initiatives. The position interfaces with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants, to maintain consistent service delivery across the portfolio. Snapshot of the role: Deliver exceptional workplace experiences Serve as primary point of contact for staff and visitors, managing front-of-house operations Oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures Implement and drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives Coordinate and support events, activations, and site tours Meeting room management Manage internal communications to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement Interface with various stakeholders, including service partners and occupants Ensure operational requirements are met, addressing concerns and maintaining health and safety standards What we are looking for: We're seeking a strong communicator with a passion for quality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to handle stress effectively.
