The position We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Data Science Group - an outstanding data scientist who thrives on tackling complex problems that don’t work out-of-the-box with vibe coding, coding solutions end-to-end, and shaping how machine learning and AI drive business value at scale.  We embrace a flexible hybrid work from our newly renovated Tel Aviv headquarters and prioritize employee well-being through team breakfast gatherings, an on-site gym, and private health insurance. Collaborate with amazing talent, participating in and leading projects such as agentic workflows and LLMs pipelines, RAG systems, classical ML, recommender systems, entity resolution, and more. We are a medium-size team (approx. 20 people) where people have great relationships, working collectively and with colleagues abroad to impact a multi-billion dollar business. On a typical day, you will: Work on the full ML and GenAI lifecycle including data processing, exploratory data analysis, benchmark creation, feature engineering, diverse LLMs and agents, modeling/fine-tuning, evaluation, and more. Ensure reliable model deployment and continuous monitoring, seeing most of your projects go beyond the research phase and into production. Collaborate closely with talented colleagues including DSs, engineers, and product. Grow your skill set in predictive modeling, modern AI and DS approaches, workflow automation, combining use of unstructured and structured data, and more. We are looking for: 3+ years of industry experience Significant hands-on experience with ML and the GenAI stack Deep knowledge of the machine learning cycle (EDA, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, etc.) Strong coding skills in Python and SQL Experience with data and ml frameworks.
