The position We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Data Science Group - an exceptional data scientist who thrives on tackling complex problems, owning solutions end-to-end, leading projects, and leveraging ML and GenAI to drive business value at scale.  We embrace a flexible hybrid work from our newly renovated Tel Aviv headquarters and prioritize employee well-being through team breakfast gatherings, an on-site gym, and private health insurance. Collaborate with amazing talent, participating in and leading projects such as agentic workflows and LLMs pipelines, RAG systems, classical ML, recommender systems, entity resolution, and more. We are a medium-size team (approx. 20 people) where people have great relationships, working collectively and with colleagues abroad to impact a multi-billion dollar business. Opportunity to be part of a strong, fun, and collaborative team culture. On a typical day, you will: Work on the full ML and GenAI lifecycle including data processing, exploratory data analysis, benchmark creation, feature engineering, diverse LLMs and agents, modeling/fine-tuning, evaluation, and more. Ensure reliable model deployment and continuous monitoring, seeing most of your projects go beyond the research phase and into production. Collaborate closely with talented colleagues including DSs, engineers, and product. Communicate findings, propose new solutions, and explore new opportunities to facilitate impact and help us grow. We are looking for: 6+ years of industry experience A track record of delivering ML/AI projects and communicating their value. Strong hands-on experience with the full machine learning cycle (data processing, error analysis, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, etc.) Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures Great coding skills (Python, SQL, and engineering design practices) Experience deploying production-level code in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, etc.) An entrepreneurial mentality; excited to work with product and business teams to identify new opportunities and lead their development end-to-end. Excellent communication skills in English.
