You'll apply your expertise to design, install, and maintain air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings. Role: Summary: We are looking for a qualified and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service maintenance works on client’s retail and office sites in and around London and Berkshire . The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our client working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems. What your day-to-day will look like: Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdowns. Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements). Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systems. To produce quotations for works /remedials following service visits. To work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant. To be able to work alone and with other team members when necessary. Complete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premises. To be part of the Out of Hours Call Out Rota. Qualifications and Experience: C&G 2079 Cat1 NVQ Level 3 or similar is essential F-Gas Good Mechanical & Electrical Background Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rota Have good communication and organisation skills UK Driving License Good understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etc #LI-JA1 Location: Remote –London, GBR If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
