This role involves comprehensive accounting functions including cash management, financial reconciliations, and reporting to support both internal operations and external client needs. Key Responsibilities • Perform cash management activities including receipts and payments to vendors • Complete accounting package reconciliations including bank reconciliations, cash logs, and balance sheet account reconciliations • Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries as required • Process check deposits and maintain accurate deposit records • Produce internal and external reporting for client deliverables • Support month-end close processes and accounting package preparation • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 1-3 years of accounting experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Team player with flexible approach to work assignments • Willingness to learn and grow professionally • Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Commercial real estate accounting experience • Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards ERP system • Month-end close and accounting package experience • Advanced Excel skills • Previous experience in client-facing accounting roles What We Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Professional development opportunities • Collaborative team environment • Growth potential within the organization Equal Opportunity Employer This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
