Monitorar manutenção, SLAs e performance operacional. Registrar falhas, reincidências, causa raiz e plano preventivo. Manter documentação técnica atualizada (PMPs, relatórios, evidências, fotos). Criar e manter checklists operacionais e rastreabilidade dos processos. Acionar fornecedores, acompanhar tratativas e formalizar registros. Atuar e acompanhar falhas e demandas envolvendo  sistemas críticos  como:  HVAC VRF, Sistema de esgoto a vácuo, Sistemas elétricos prediais, Sprinklers, hidrantes e bombas de incêndio, Pressurização/exaustão/renovação de ar, Elevadores, Sistemas de água potável e reuso, e Automação predial. REQUISITOS Superior Completo em  Engenharia Civil, Elétrica ou Técnico em Edificações ; Experiência com gestão de equipes terceirizadas (Soft/Hard Services); Necessário experiência em operação predial corporativa, implantação de obras e análise de projetos. Pacote Office intermediário.
