Understanding basic technical systems. (HVAC system, UPS, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical systems, etc.) is advantageous. Customer Service & Relationship Building Demonstrated proactive and professional approach to customer service . Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels. Maintains professional and friendly attitude in customer interactions. Customer-oriented mindset and service spirit. Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively. Proven experience in problem-solving using quantitative approaches. Ability to implement holistic approaches for long-term solutions. Communication & Coordination Skills Effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.
