As an Associate Tender Analyst, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Tender Team. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide professional administrative support to the Polish Tender Team  Review tender reports and distribute relevant documents to stakeholders  Participate in all stages of the tender process  Ensure proper circulation and subsequent archiving of tender documentation  Sort and process incoming correspondence (emails) in accordance with internal requirements  Participate in the procedure for ordering tender samples  Enter data into corporate systems  Support the contract workflow process  Perform other tasks assigned by the manager. Required Knowledge and Experience: Higher education / during studies - preferred fields of study: administration, law, economics, marketing and management, public health, pharmacy) Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) English knowledge at B1 level Very good ability to organize own work Time management, planning and tasks prioritization Accuracy and attention to detail Commitment and internal motivation, ability to work independently but also as a Team player Ability to work under time pressure and cope with the stress of one's own work and prioritize tasks.
