Ensure safety compliance and optimal performance across HVAC, mechanical systems, and building automation. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance Troubleshoot and repair industrial HVAC equipment, manufacturing process equipment, and mechanical systems Maintain pumps, motors, hydraulics, bulk fluid systems, and oil mist collectors Operate and maintain tank farm systems with reporting and repair functions Execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs and complete work orders within 24 hours Building Systems & Safety Support building automation, power systems (normal, emergency, UPS), and utility piping Service compressed air, backflow preventers, and calibrate gas/water meters Ensure safety training compliance, complete safety PMs, and utilize pre-task planning Maintain forklift/aerial lift licenses and manage spare parts inventory Required Qualifications Education & Experience 5+ years facility maintenance experience Journeyman certification desired in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical areas Experience with manufacturing and industrial systems Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, mechanical systems, and building automation Experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, and power systems Extensive Microsoft Office Suite knowledge Strong communication skills and detail-oriented approach Core Competencies Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Physical capability to operate forklifts and aerial lifts safely Understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance Preferred Qualifications Advanced Skills Experience with controller programs (Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens) Knowledge of MAXIMO maintenance management systems Grobb knowledge and predictive maintenance technologies Advanced HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications Specialized Experience Backup generators and emergency power systems knowledge Tank farm operations and bulk fluid handling experience Environmental compliance and reporting background Working Conditions Industrial manufacturing environment requiring operation of aerial lifts and forklifts, emergency response flexibility, and hands-on mechanical work.
