A Day in the Life Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. This role will provide support for MiniMed SAP Supply Chain modules. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value. Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes and/or services. Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes. Drives business agenda during solution delivery process. Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems. Additional Skills: Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Communication. Technology: Understanding of systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies. Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum   10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain modules, including below MM (Materials Management) – Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management. PP (Production Planning) – MRP, Shop Floor Control, Master Data.   EWM/WM (Warehouse Management) – Goods Movement, Inbound/Outbound Logistics.   QM (Quality Management) – Inspection Planning, In-Process and Final Inspection.   PM (Plant Maintenance) – Equipment Maintenance and Scheduling (nice-to-have).   IBP/APO – Demand and Supply Planning (optional but highly preferred).   Proven   track record   of leading S/4HANA Supply Chain implementations or transformations.   Strong integration knowledge across SD, FI/CO, and Procurement processes.   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
