Key Responsibility Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collections, aging, overdue, recovery, and performance vs targets Track collection efficiency, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and bucket-wise performance Monitor payment trends and highlight gaps, delays, or risks Support collection teams with actionable insights and dashboards Prepare working for bad debts provision as per credit policy Prepare collection target workings and share with the team to finalize monthly targets Prepare presentations for monthly review meetings Prepare Outstanding vs Security deposit - exceptional approval working as per credit policy Draft and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) Identifying scope for digitisation in MIS tracking & reporting. Key Skills & Competencies Technical Strong analytical and numerical skills Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred) Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis               Behavioural Understanding of billing, collections, and revenue cycles Ability to work under tight deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Qualifications & Experience B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter - preferred 7–8 years in MIS, collections, or revenue assurance Location: On-site –Mumbai, MH Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
