Es erwartet Sie eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Vertriebsaufgabe mit zahlreichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und strategischer Relevanz. In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen wie, dem Marketing, Customer Care und externen Ansprechpartnern, darunter Krankenhäuser sowie nicht-klinische Stakeholder. Sie bauen vertrauensvolle und langfristige Partnerschaften sowohl im klinischen als auch im nicht-klinischen Bereich auf und tragen die Verantwortung für den nachhaltigen Auf- und Ausbau des Verkaufsumsatzes in Ihrer Region. Mit ausgeprägtem analytischem Verständnis und einer strukturierten, effizienten Arbeitsweise leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherung und Steigerung der Profitabilität Ihrer Verkaufsregion. Durch die Anwendung datengestützter Strategien und fundierter Marktanalysen entwickeln Sie wirkungsvolle Vertriebsansätze, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Potenziale Ihres Gebiets zugeschnitten sind. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass der persönliche Kontakt zwischen Mitarbeiter*innen innovative und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsergebnisse fördert. Zugleich wollen wir unseren Mitarbeiter*innen Flexibilität ermöglichen. Daher fällt diese Position in unser Flex (hybrides) Modell. Der primäre Arbeitsort ist das Medtronic Office in Meerbusch bei Düsseldorf. Dazu gibt es die Möglichkeit, teilweise von der Heimatadresse aus zu arbeiten (Home Office). Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Regionale Umsatzverantwortung Abgabe von Verkaufsprognosen sowie Erstellung von Umsatzanalysen Steigerung des Umsatzes und Marktanteils sowie regelmäßige Gebietsreviews mit dem Sales Manager Bestandskundenbetreuung sowie Neukundenakquise in der Rhythmologie und Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehung zu allen Stakeholdern in der Klinik Durchführung aller verkaufsrelevanten Maßnahmen vom Erstkontakt über Produktpräsentation inklusive gesundheitsökonomischer Kalkulation, über die Verhandlung, bis hin zum Abschluss und der erfolgreichen Implementierung der Therapie beim Kunden Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Verkaufsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Marktgegebenheiten in Abstimmung mit dem Sales Manager Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und Kampagnen unter Verwendung des Accountplanungstools, um Accountstrategien, Taktiken und Aktionen langfristig und kurzfristig zu planen Erfassung und Meldung aller Klinik-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen sowie Trends und Entwicklungen umfassend, vollständig und zeitnah an das Management Entwicklung von Netzwerken im Gesundheitswesen mit dem Ziel, Medtronic-Therapien in der Rhythmologie noch weiter zu etablieren Business übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen von Medtronic Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich Gutes Verständnis für das Klinikumfeld Technisches Verständnis und gute IT-Kenntnisse Remote Sales Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Rhythmologie erforderlich Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Präsentationsstärken Hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Freundliches und offenes Auftreten sowie hohe ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft und hohes Engagement Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
