A Day in the Life Notre site de Trévoux (300 personnes) est un centre mondial de recherche et de production dans le domaine du renforcement tissulaire implantable. Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l’implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 1 400 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents. En tant que Chef/fe de Projet Infrastructures et Utilités, vous pilotez des projets d’aménagement et/ou de création de locaux tertiaires ou de salles de production, incluant des salles à atmosphère contrôlée (« salles blanches »). Vous êtes responsable de l’ensemble des livrables associés : mises à jour de plans, communications, formations des utilisateurs, etc. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Infrastructures et Utilités, vous êtes force de proposition et portez un regard critique sur les évolutions du site. Vous garantissez la qualité d’exécution des modifications au sein du site, dans le respect strict des règles de sécurité. Poste en CDD de 18 mois. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées : Réaliser et lire de plans de bâtiment/utilités, élaborer de schémas PID et constituer des dossiers d’ouvrages exécutés (DOE) ; Élaborer de plannings (MS Project/Excel), piloter des projets dans le respect des délais et des budgets, et optimiser des coûts ; Rédiger des cahiers des charges, consulter et analyser des offres techniques, élaborer des plans de prévention et rédiger de rapports d’audit ; Animer une équipe projet multidisciplinaire (EHS, Qualité, Engineering et Maintenance), coordonner les activités des entreprises intervenantes, accueillir et accompagner les prestataires ; Assurer la conformité des installations aux normes réglementaires et environnementales, garantir la sécurité des personnes et des biens, identifier et anticiper les risques avec proposition d’actions correctives ; Assurer la communication et le reporting régulier auprès du management et des parties prenantes ; Suivre l’évolution technologique du secteur, proposer des innovations adaptées, participer à la formation et à la sensibilisation des utilisateurs aux nouvelles installations. Connaissances et expériences requises De formation Bac +2 Technique expérimenté à Bac +5 Technique avec une expérience confirmée dans des postes similaires ; Connaissance dans les salles blanches et/ou environnements contrôlés ; Expérience dans la gestion de projets d’infrastructures et/ou industriels ; Expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux souhaitée ; Maîtrise d’Autocad ; Anglais intermédiaire et Français courant ; Autonomie, intégrité et polyvalence ; Capacité d’anticipation et travail en équipe, sens du service client interne ; Rigueur et respect des règles de Sécurité et de Qualité.
