A Day in the Life Notre site de Trévoux (300 personnes) est un centre mondial de recherche et de production dans le domaine du renforcement tissulaire implantable. Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l’implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 1 400 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents. En tant que Chef/fe de Projet Ingénierie, vous serez en charge de piloter les projets d’ingénierie en lien avec les processus de Fabrication. Vous coordonnerez des équipes projets, constituées de tous les services connexes à la production (ingénierie, assurance qualité, logistique, contrôle qualité, etc.). Pour ce poste, vous serez intégré(e) à l’équipe Ingénierie et vous rapporterez au Responsable Ingénierie du site. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées Garantir la conformité des opérations avec les exigences EHS (Environnement, Hygiène, Sécurité) internes et réglementaires, piloter les analyses de risques et veiller à l’application des référentiels qualité (ISO, BPF, etc.) sur la production ; Mettre à jour, suivre et piloter les plans d’action issus des audits, incidents ou non-conformités, proposer des évolutions d’organisation pour optimiser la performance ; analyser les causes racines, définir et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives et préventives ; Proposer et appliquer des initiatives pour renforcer la culture EHS, participer à la gestion des situations d’urgence et améliorer l’ergonomie et l’efficacité des lignes ; Rédiger, optimiser et assurer la bonne application des procédures et modes opératoires, gammes de fabrication et standards ; être l’interlocuteur lors des audits et assurer la préparation et le suivi des plans d’actions qualité ; Fournir un support technique quotidien aux équipes de production pour garantir la performance, la fiabilité des équipements ; Former les opérateurs et techniciens, proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la sécurité, la qualité et la productivité, piloter la résolution de problèmes complexes ; Accompagner l’introduction de nouveaux équipements ou procédés et piloter la résolution de goulots d’étranglement ; Piloter ou contribuer à des projets d’amélioration ou d’industrialisation d’équipements et procédés ; coordonner les acteurs internes et externes, suivre les jalons, ressources et budgets, et assurer le reporting de l’avancement des projets ; Déployer et piloter les démarches d’amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, Kaizen…), mettre en place, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (OEE, SPC, taux de rebuts…), anticiper et corriger les dérives, garantir la stabilité des procédés, et préparer ainsi qu’animer les réunions de suivi de la performance. Connaissances et expériences requises De formation supérieure en Ingénierie, Master universitaire ou Bac+2 Technique expérimenté ; Expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux souhaitée ; Expérience en gestion de projets industriels et amélioration continue ; Maîtrise des référentiels EHS et qualité ; Connaissance des outils Lean et d’analyse de données ; Capacité à communiquer en Anglais et Français courant ; Esprit d’initiative, rigueur, réactivité ; Capacité à fédérer des équipes, excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et pédagogiques.
