What this opportunity involves: The Facilities Manager will enhance the value of the asset by organising, coordinating, and assisting with the day-to-day operational management of the building and facility's operational matters. You will ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects, creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment for occupants and visitors to the site, working on core assets based in North Ryde. A snapshot of the role: Ensure timely completion of incident reports as required, and rectification of any items raised in the reports. Timely and appropriate escalation of WHS&E incidents. Work collaboratively with the Management Team, consultants, contractors, and tenants to ensure annual targets for each property are agreed and met. In partnership with the Portfolio Operations Manager, actively manage capital expenditure budget to ensure approved works are carried out in a timely manner Deliver the contract tender process within your client and JLL guidelines and expectations. Ensure contractors are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client Opportunity to develop working under a Senior Operations Manager Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for: A team player; A keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills; Sound technical aptitude (Qualifications highly regarded) Good written and oral communication skills; Computer literacy and IT knowledge to an intermediate level.
