En tant qu’Ingénieur d’Application au sein de notre équipe Solutions d'ablation cardiaque (CAS), vous aurez un impact direct sur l'avancement des soins aux patients grâce aux technologies et thérapies de Medtronic. Nous nous consacrons à dominer le marché avec notre système de cartographie et d'ablation Affera™, en innovant des cathéters d'ablation de pointe, des systèmes de cartographie cardiaque et des produits d'électrophysiologie (EP) traditionnels. Votre secteur sera Marseille et sera un poste à distance. Les compétences linguistiques souhaitées sont l’anglais. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les éléments suivants et d'autres tâches peuvent être assignées Planifier des programmes en collaboration avec le directeur des ventes et d'autres groupes pour former les clients.  Fournir une assistance technique aux clients en ce qui concerne les produits et les procédures CAS  Soutenir les équipes de vente et de marketing lors des présentations et des introductions de nouveaux produits et thérapies  Rapporter toutes les informations, tendances et mesures relatives aux comptes, au marché et à la concurrence.  Rassembler et rapporter tous les commentaires des clients, les problèmes liés aux produits et les problèmes juridiques, ainsi que les plaintes des clients concernant des événements liés aux produits.  S'acquitter de toutes les tâches administratives, notamment en fournissant régulièrement des rapports d'activité au directeur des ventes.  Connaissances et expérience requises Master en sciences de la vie ou en ingénierie  Connaissance des procédures et des produits d'électrophysiologie  Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration sur des projets   Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.  Soucieux du détail et de la qualité et de la précision.  Une expérience dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux, y compris dans un environnement de salle de bloc opératoire à l’hôpital, est un plus.  Ce poste offre également la possibilité de travailler en France et, parfois, en Europe occidentale. Les déplacements représentant 80 à 100 % du temps de travail, vous acquerrez une expérience inestimable sur divers marchés et construirez un solide réseau international.
