Notre site de Trévoux (300 personnes) est un centre mondial de recherche et de production dans le domaine du renforcement tissulaire implantable. Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l’implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 900 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents.  Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées   En tant que Technicien de Maintenance F/H en 2x8, vous avez la charge d’assurer l’entretien préventif et curatif des équipements de production dans les Zones à Atmosphères Contrôlées.  Vous identifiez et proposez des améliorations pour optimiser, fiabiliser l’outil de production.  Vous assurez le suivi des utilités, déclenchez des interventions en sous-traitance si nécessaire.  Vous êtes en contact direct avec les équipes de production, de qualité, de métrologie et d’engineering, et participez activement aux projets d’amélioration continue.    Respecter les procédures qualités, HSE et réglementaires  Assurer la traçabilité des interventions dans l’outil GMAO  Assurer la gestion et le suivi du stock de pièces détachées  Créer et optimiser les programmes de Maintenance Préventive  Assurer la gestion des intervenants extérieurs  Installer et mettre en service de nouveaux équipements  Planifier, partager et réaliser le planning de Maintenance Préventive  Communiquer les résultats des actions de Maintenance corrective auprès des équipes de Production et Qualité  Soutenir les équipes EHS, Engineering, Validation, Qualité et Métrologie    Connaissances et expériences requises Formation : Bac +2 types BTS Electrotechnique, M.A.I, MI ou expérience équivalente  Une expérience dans la maintenance de 2   ans minimum  L’utilisation des outils de micro-informatique est indispensable    Autonomie et rigueur, qualités relationnelles, bon communicant  Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
